The Vietnam R&D Forum 2025, organized by AVSE Global, is being held for the first time with an international vision, connecting leading Vietnamese experts both domestically and abroad in the field of R&D. The event aims to establish a comprehensive platform for collaboration among government agencies, businesses, universities, technology corporations, research institutes, and investors, in order to promote technology transfer, investment efficiency, and the development of a sustainable R&D ecosystem in Vietnam.

The forum focuses on discussions centered around three pillars:
- Discussion on the R&D Roadmap for Vietnam 2025–2030: commercialization mechanism, connecting experts, and expanding collaboration between industry and academia through financial incentive
- Proposal for a National R&D Policy Framework: National R&D Council, incentive policies, tax credits for R&D, talent strategy
- Dialogue on the Sector-Based Investment Action Plan: initial investment support, specialized training, dedicated SEZs for R&D, investment support funds

- A direct bridge between policymakers, business representatives, universities, research institutes, investors, and international organizations
